We believe in clarity and fairness. So before placing an order, please take a moment to go through our policy.

Return Policy

We do not offer returns on any of our products.

Each product on our website is shown and described in detail including color, material, size, and features to help you make an informed decision.

Since every item is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch, we maintain a strict no-return policy.

You buy what you see and we ensure what you see is what you get.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes a customer may wish to change the size or variation, so we do allow exchanges under specific conditions:

  1. The product must be in the same condition as delivered - unused and with all tags or packaging intact.
  2. You’ll need to courier the product back to us at your own expense. Once received and inspected, we’ll dispatch the exchanged item from our end.
  3. Courier charges (both ways) are to be borne by the customer.
  4. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
  5. Products sent back without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

We handle all exchanges fairly, but kindly note that this process is meant for genuine cases only.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Email us at contactibeard@gmail.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and details of the new size or item you’d like.
  2. Our team will confirm availability and share the return address.
  3. Once your returned item reaches us and passes inspection, your replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days.

Refund Policy

As a community-driven brand, we value fairness and transparency. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, the following are the only situations where a refund may be issued:

  1. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch):
    If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, please email us immediately. If it hasn’t been shipped, we will process a full refund within 5–7 business days.
  2. Out of Stock:
    If a product you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  3. Damaged or Incorrect Item:
    If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. After verification, we will send a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.
  4. Refused or Undeliverable Orders (RTO):
    If an order is returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete address, non-availability, or refusal at delivery, we will refund the amount after deducting both the forward and return courier charges, plus any handling fees.

Refunds are always made to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days after approval.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Sometimes orders are placed with incomplete or incorrect addresses, or the customer becomes unavailable at the time of delivery. When this happens, the parcel is returned to us and we end up paying double courier charges, often more than the cost of the product itself.

To avoid such situations, please ensure your address, pincode, and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to incorrect/incomplete address or unavailability, the following will apply:

  • The order will be treated as a Return-to-Origin (RTO).
  • Forward and return courier costs, plus any applicable handling fees, will be deducted from any refund or store credit (if applicable).
  • Future orders from the same customer may require prepaid payment or address verification before dispatch.
