Shipping policy

At IBEARD, every order is prepared with care and packed with respect — because for us, every delivery is not just a parcel, it’s seva (service) to our community. We aim to ensure your products reach you safely, timely, and in perfect condition.

Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday).
  • During high-demand periods, festive seasons, or sales, dispatch times may extend slightly, but we always strive to keep you informed.
  • Customized or made-to-order items (if any) may take a little longer, and timelines will be mentioned on the product page or informed by our team.

Delivery Time

  • Once shipped, delivery within India usually takes 3–12 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner.
  • Metro cities are usually faster (2–7 days), while remote or rural areas may take slightly longer (up to 8–10 days).
  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your parcel has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather, or local restrictions.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We sometimes offer free shipping on selected products or above a certain order value - such offers will always be clearly mentioned.
  • In case of exchange, return-to-origin (RTO), or re-delivery requests, shipping charges for both directions will be borne by the customer.

Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times at your provided address.
  • Please ensure that your address, phone number, and pincode are correct and complete at the time of order.
  • Sikh World will not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, unavailability, or lack of response from the customer.

If a parcel returns to us as undelivered (RTO) due to any of these reasons:

  • The customer will be contacted for re-shipment.
  • Re-shipping charges will need to be paid before dispatching the parcel again.
  • If a refund is requested instead, the forward and return courier charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier link via email or SMS.
You can use this link to track your parcel anytime.

Delays & External Factors

We work with trusted courier partners across India, but sometimes delays can happen due to:

  • Weather conditions or natural events
  • Any known reason
  • Lockdowns, strikes, or regional restrictions
  • Festivals or courier backlogs
  • Remote location deliveries

While these are beyond our control, we always follow up closely with the courier to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order appears to be delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at contactibeard@gmail.com
  • Share your order number and, in case of damage, clear photos/videos of the parcel and product.
  • We’ll work with the courier partner to resolve the issue fairly through replacement, credit, or refund (as per our policy).

We assure you that Sikh World will always handle such situations with truth and fairness, keeping customer trust first.

Shipping Beyond India 

Currently we do not ship internationally. If we expand to international shipping, estimated delivery timelines and costs will be mentioned separately at checkout. Customs duties, if applicable, will be borne by the buyer.
